Persona

One of the biggest challenges in B2B sectors is that engineering takes precedence over user experience. This means that an operator or manager is forced to use products with very strong technical features for at least 8 hours a day, without being productive or satisfied, throughout their working hours. Above, we extracted the pain points and motivations in the persona analysis and presented concept suggestions for them.

Research Method

User Interviews with 6 person selected according to the research problem & then affinity mapping teamwork exercise to analyse them. Try to use the proper research method is key for me according to the situation.

Accessiblity

Following comprehensive research and a thorough review of current literature, we elected to align our design decisions with the WCAG 3 guidelines. Prioritizing accessibility is fundamental to delivering inclusive, equitable, and responsible digital experiences for all users.

UI & Interaction Design

Designs emotionally engaging interfaces by using a scalable design system, support it with a clear documentation, also enhances them with intentional micro-interactions to create seamless, consistent, and user-centric experiences.

Spacial & AI Experiences

With our team, we are constantly developing concepts for the not-so-distant future by researching simulation/3D monitoring, datacenter and network experiences for the IT sector. These concepts are also interesting to try our products at the fairgrounds.
